Our third South African Dinner & Dance was held at the newly constructed banquet hall at All Saints, 1405 Como Lake Avenue, Coquitlam, V3J 3P4. What a great time we all had!!
The festivities began at 6:00 pm with a cocktail hour. Hot appetizers were served which included bite sized boerewors snacks.
Dinner was bobotie, yellow rice and accompaniments plus a vegetarian option. To finish, an excellent assortment of home baked desserts and tea & coffee were served.
Our excellent DJ kept the dance floor packed - he really knew how to get the crowd moving.
Our silent auction tables were packed with South African goodies and tons of other exciting items.
The raffle was seven nights accommodation at a fully furnished vacation home in sunny Osoyoos! The lucky winner is Terry Stevens of Richmond B.C.
